As a Fractional CEO, you'll be the trusted guide for business owners across the country — helping them clarify vision, drive sales, develop leaders, and design scalable systems. You'll act as CMO, CFO, COO, and CEO often within the same day. The pace is fast, the stakes are high — and the reward is extraordinary.
What You'll Do
- Deliver coaching 1:1 and in groups, in person and over Zoom
- Hold business owners accountable to their KPIs and systems
- Advise on cash flow, profitability, pricing, and budgeting
- Guide the creation of repeatable systems and efficient workflows
- Support owners in hiring, training, and leading their teams
- Manage a portfolio of 20+ clients with care and precision

We also give our coaches a ton of autonomy. You'll carry a portfolio of 18–24 companies and we trust you to organize your schedule your own way. The coaches we work with work hard — not because we're watching, but because they genuinely care about their clients.

We're figuring out how to implement AI in meaningful ways, how to create a more scalable and shareable coaching model, and how to make an impact on the lawn care industry that actually lasts. We're a coaching collective — collaborative by design — and we're looking for someone who wants to help shape what this becomes.
